Well where did all that time go!  I'm pleased to say I have been very busy - but it's a shame I have been too busy to update this blog recently so a bit of a double-edged sword there.
Today I want to tell you all about how I can personalise cards for you.
Personalising a card can mean anything from adding a name, a specific sentiment, an age or making a card with a specific theme/image.  It can also mean using your photographs on the card too.
Here are some examples of cards I have personalised, just to give you all some idea of what I can do.
The first card is one I made to send to my cousin.  To make this card I used two photographs - one taken about 50 years ago and the other one taken earlier this year - both of my cousin.
Earlier this year my sister in law asked me to make a wedding card for her - and to put the names of the happy couple onto it.  This is the card I made for her:

Not only did they get their names on the card but also the date of their special day too.
The same card was adapted to make a Ruby Wedding anniversary card for my cousin and her husband.
Here are more examples of personalised cards:

This was a card I made when our great nephew was born, complete with his name and date of birth.
I have made many new baby cards for people which have included a photo of the new baby and details of name, date and place of birth on the insert.  Here are a couple of examples (details have been removed to protect privacy)

I was asked to make a card for a couple whose anniversary is at Halloween, and who like bats.  This is the card I made.

I don't suppose it would have been easy to find a mass-produced card to these specifications in the shops!
And this card was one I designed a couple of years ago for my niece who loves hats, tea and Alice in Wonderland:

Earlier this year my son sent me a photograph of a friend and some wording and asked me to turn it into a birthday card for him.  This is the card:

As a large percentage of the cards I make are designed digitally then most cards can be adapted to incorporate names, ages, specific wording/sentiments or designed around a particular theme/topic.
